Do you have rat bait anywhere in your house? Gizmo found some as a puppy that I didn't even know was there. Luckily we found him immediately, saw what it was, knew how dangerous it is and got him immediate care.
The only reason I'm asking is that I know it causes bleeding...that's how it works.
