Wash the floor in front of the fridge with an enzymatic odor cleaner you get from the Pet store
He smells that this is the place to go
also watch him when he is getting ready to poop
Little guys like him tend to poop very soon after eating so you're likely to catch him in the act
Scoot him right over to the paper and praise him like hell
He'll get the idea
