She is normal. Cats are not like dogs in their growth pattern. A 5 month old yorkie would be much closer to their adult size than a 5 month old cat. Cats seem to grow so slow compared to dogs. Don't worry, as long as your kitty is eating and drinking well and is in good health (make sure she is dewormed, its so hard to get rid of worms in cats!) then don't worry.
