Please……can anyone help?

If only I could solve the problem of Tink’s coat, it is dry, fine and full of static, I use conditioner along with an anti fizz solution, but within hours she has awful tangles.
She now hates being brushed as she knows there will be tangles, which I have had to cut some out.
Please……..anyone else have this problem, any ideas what I can use to stop them????
