In my opinion all this( the dogs , the fence and all the other issues ) should have been taken into consideration
BEFORE you went out and put a deposit on a puppy. These are things that need to be figured out and taken care of
before you bring home a pup . It's all well and good to want to do something about it , but you knew long before you put the deposit on a puppy that these issues existed and it's very irresponsible of you all not to take care of it beforehand.
