Welcome to yt! I don't have answers for you...but your little yorkie is not alone! My little guy has lost his hair the same places as yours; he was a rescue and was badly flea infested; I've just had him 2 weeks.
It is growing back (I think!) - hopefully you will get some good advice from others with more experience!
