I have the same problem. Any preventative spray wears off and the chewing begins again. Mine are 6 and 8 mo old. They too have any chew toy you can name. I have resorted to covering objects and walls that I don't want chewed with pillows or anything that takes their mind off it. I am hoping out of site, out of mind.
