Her two Yorkies were in perfect health. She said her vet was upset with her. She said her Yorkies had never been leash walked before and it would be too difficult to train them at their age.
It wasn't a question about her being physically able to walk them. She was probably 50-60 and had no trouble unloading groceries from her car. She just could be bothered trying to train them to a leash.
