If you are sure you want one no more than 4lbs full grown, I would suggest you look for one closer to a year old. They can have growth spurts even at 5 months of age to close to a year old and end up bigger than was thought if that is important to you. And no, 4 lbs or less parents/stud/whatever, does not guarantee small progeny.
