If he's limping, something is wrong - and continuing to not improve is a sign that a vet visit is truly needed. Keep in mind that dogs don't even show the extent of the pain they are in, when they are in pain - so he could *really* be hurting.

In your post above, you indicated you tried to get him to "jump" for a treat - I would stop that immediately. Not knowing what is wrong with him, making him try to jump could be very painful and cause further damage to his leg.

Please bring this baby to the vet asap.
