Here is another great one Here is a great and very easy cracker spread.
1 brick of Neufatchel cheese (like cream cheese, lower in fat and softer)
Lightly toasted sesame seeds
Soy sauce (light or regular)
Pat the outside of the cheese brick with the sesame seeds. Place in a small plastic container with a lid (I use one about the size of the cheese). Pour soy sauce over the top of the cheese, filling container with soy about 1/3 full. Cover and let sit overnight in the fridge. I serve with Wheat Thins or other firm snack cracker, just go for it like a dip. It sounds strange but it is really good.
