My goal for 2009 - call it a New Year's Resolution - is to significantly reduce my order “lead time” (order received/order shipped). There is only one Chattiesmom and I personally take care of every aspect of each order from answering your questions prior to ordering, to fabric shopping, cutting, sewing, carefully inspecting and packaging each piece. AND I personally bake and hand cut every single Yorkie Yummie. The ONLY way I can be more efficient is to make my work space work for me.

So I am reorganizing my work room. It is very possible I will be Off-Line for the rest of today and most of tomorrow. If you have questions or would like to place an order, please please jump right in and I'll answer questions and acknowledge orders by late tomorrow afternoon. If things go really well, I’ll be back on line late this afternoon…

For those of you who placed an order and are waiting – YOU are my top priority. I will be working on your orders just as soon as I get everything plugged back in – and to thank you for your patience, you will find a small surprise in your package.
