If you live in northern Kentucky, you'll want to pay close attention to your pets because officials say coyotes are on the prowl.

Wildlife officials say the coyote population around Cincinnati has grown significantly in the last two decades..

The Cincinnati Enquirer reports the predators have been spotted in several neighborhoods recently and three small dogs and four cats have been killed in the last year.
