Are the mother and father registered? If they are then there should be no reason why this pup wouldn't be. Also why would you buy a puppy and take it to a vet to find out if it's pure bred or not, find it's not and ask for money back after the fact? You'll probably find out your s.o.l when it comes to a refund. Much luck to you and I have to agree with others here that you really should wait until the puppy is older. I got mine at 9 weeks and she was sickely at first. It's very scarey to care for such a small pup that gets sick. Being as tiny as they are makes them suseptible to many things going wrong.
