Registered mean that he will have a registration certificate from the Canadian Kennel Club .
Here in Canada , its against the law to pass a Yorkie as purebred if he or she is not registered .
Your so-called breeder could be in trouble if she let someone know she is selling purebred Yorkies without papers . Registration certificate is always free. If she ask a price for unregistered and another price for registered , she is illegal .
