 Baxter bit me
I want to start by saying that Baxter is a loving dog and 99.9% of the time won't hurt a fly. That said, over the past year (he is 2 years old) he randomly becomes kujo towards my husband and I, snarling and nipping at us. Usually I can pick him up, talk calmly, rub his belly, and he goes back to normal. Yesterday just when I thought he was better he bit me, breaking skin in 3 places. I don't understand why these "kujo" moments occur, he doesn't have any other aggressive behaviors. He is so gentle and sweet normally, any ideas why this happens, and how to better handle it???? |
