One of the most important things is to make sure he is eating. SHe needs to find something he will eat and worry about the quality when he is a little bigger. With Cali she wouldn't eat anything until I tried gving her Cesars canned dog food, which is a bad food but it kept her eating and stopped the low sugar attacks. If he is only eating kibble you may want to wet it or mix it with a little wet food. I would definitely have hin checked by the vet,
