No, I don't have a crate in the car. I actually have doggie car seats that they get strapped into so they can look out. Sounds like you love your baby a lot and you're trying to make him feel as secure as you know how. There are also meds that you can give doggies to calm them down. I have one that is on meds every day for anxiety. She's originally from a puppy mill.
