Do you have a 24 hour emergency clinic available? If it were me and there was no clinic, I think I would try taking him into a warm, steamy bathroom and see if it helped his breathing. But I would want to see what others say about it first because I really have no idea what might help and what might hurt him. Hopefully someone will have a good answer for you. I would be scared to death to let him go through the night like that.
