So I have been the good and devoted single mother (it's just the two of us, no help), but before I even thought I would get Maya I had bought this ticket to Jamaica (only 69.00, used the FF miles).

So now the time has come, and my friend came to get her tonight who is going to keep her for me. I fly out in the morning, but the house seems so empty, and I miss her.

I said to my friend. "I hope she doesn't think I have given her away."

My friend, the professional vet says "No, dogs don't think that way."

How does she know????

I tell you having a yorkie is going to severely effect my travel retirement dreams. I can't stand to leave her, and soon there will be two of them.

But ok, yall, in the morning I am off to Jamaica for 11 days. I'll check back in from the hotel.
