The 5 yr old male yorkie I recently rescued has lost the hair on the back half of his body - from the last rib to his little nub-tail! The rescue place told me he was terribly flea infested when they got him and had already lost his hair. He has been vet-checked and they said it is definitely due to the fleas he had. He's currently on FrontlinePlus. His hair does seem to be starting to grow in, slowly. Is there anything I can do or give him to promote healthy hair growth? DH suggests (jokingly) suggests rogaine! I feel sorry for the little guy - it's so cold outside when he goes to potty...
