Pretty simple Christmas here for us this year. It is our first in our new home! What a Christmas present!! We've had a fire going all day and Willow & Jake have finally settled down after running around all day chasing one new squeak toy after another. My FAVORITE gift though (aside from our new home) is the book The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein. OMG! I started welling up after reading the first chapter this morning while my husband prepared his famous Christmas breakfast. Then, I was so taken by the book I had to read it aloud to him....can't wait to pick it up again! Great day!!! Merry Christmas everyone!!!! |
