How long have you had him?
How old is he?
How much does he weigh?

If you've had him for a while and he's at least 6 months old (depending on weight, also), I would just let him be. Puppies go through phases of being ravenously hungry to not hungry at all, just like humans. He will eat when he is hungry.

If you just got him and he is young, you need to watch out for hypoglycemia. I would give him a bit of Nutrical and try to get him to eat something. If he won't eat his food, try putting a little bit of plain yogurt or cottage cheese. If all else fails, you can try a little baby food but this is only temporary, it cannot be used as an alternative to food.
