I've noticed recently that my baby is losing some hair on her muzzle just near her nose. There seems to be some small white bumps on a bit reddish and flaky skin. Can anyone help me, what can it be? And any solutions?

I was thinking, maybe I didn't rinse her enough after shampooing her face? She hates getting her face wet that's why I have a hard time washing her off. Any ideas? TIA!
