From what I have read, larger females are bred to smaller males. At 3 lbs., your little angel would be at very large risk ... HER life, as well as her puppies, would be at risk. She would probably need a C-section to deliver.
Hopefully, she didn't get caught. But I know of no way to determine that so early. | Isn't that shot extremely risky and can possibly cause pyometra?
