Bella uses pee pads. She was trained as a puppy, so when I got her at 12 weeks, she was doing so good that I didnt want to change. I'm glad I didnt. I love the pee pads. Don't have to worry about the weather, dirt, etc anymore. I'm very picky about them. I have one on the hard wood floor and change it about every 3rd pee too. She goes to work with me and I have two there side by side. I always pick up the poo as soon as she does it and flushes it. I never put them in the inside garbage. I have a special one out in the garage. I don't have a problem with smell. Sometimes if her morning pee is strong, I'll change it right after that .
I do hate it when they get on the edge and it gets underneath. Bella doesnt do it very often, but it happens from time to time.
My hubby hates seeing the pad and it really bugs him, but oh well. Bella does a great job so that's what matters...lol |
