Without sounding mean or harsh, if your dog is in heat you need to keep an eye out when you have them outside!!!! This is exactly why they say spay/neuter your dogs! I just hope your poor baby didn't get pursued by a larger dog, since that would make it very difficult for her to have the babies. I would just get a diaper and make sure if your dog is around intack males she has that on, or just watch watch watch your dog....
