I have tears in my eyes as I write this........what a terrible, terrible accident! Please don't blame yourself! I lost a little one a couple of years ago around this time of year.....she choked on a tiny piece of evergreen that she picked up outside. I felt responsible for her death, too. Friends and family helped me to realize that it wasn't my fault. We are all here for you.
