How many times has she been in heat?
I would do it as soon as possible.
You will want to eventually due to pyometra risk and it is best and healthiest to get it over with. If she has already had three heats, spaying will no longer decrease her risk of mammary cancer.
She does need those teeth pulled before they start causing her problems.
Ellie is bigger at 5.8-6 pounds but she had a spay, liver biopsy and teeth cleaning all in the same day. Spay and dental work are done together often. Of course there is risk with any surgery but I would do all three at once. Then she won't have to be put under again in the near future hopefully.
To be spay, she will need preop blood work and I would do the bile acid test first.
