Default Surgeries

Well I had another checkup for Stormy and she is doing amazing. It was the same vet who seen her the first time when we brought her in and he was shocked to see us, I said do you remember us and he said of course he did, he was surprised to see her alive! He said he really didn't believe she was going to make it, he said he really thought she was going to pass away at home but was amazed and very happy she was okay. He played with her on the floor and checked her out, he said it is a miracle there was no internal damage. He said her nose is what it is, we can do surgery on it to fix it up a little bit for her, theres a little piece of skin/flesh at the tip of her nose, it sticks out a little, almost like a little ball. It is very small and he said he would like to remove it. Of course she will have to be put under for this. I am worried about putting her under, shes never been put under before and I just worry what if she didn't wake up. She has been through so much that it scares me because who knows what else has happen to her that I don't know. If we do this surgery then she has a couple baby teeth that need to be removed also. But the vet says to spay her at the same time too. I am not comfortable with three different procedures at the same time. Stormy is small, fragile and I just think that may be a little too much for a 3.5 lb baby I would be more comfortable with the two, but is a spay REALLY needed RIGHT NOW? I know it decreases their chances of cancer but her heat cycle she went through wasn't bad and you hardly could tell she was in heat, it was very mild. I don't feel the need to fix her right now and would much rather wait a little longer, I don't have any intentions to breed her, shes never outside by herself or around male dogs so no worry of her getting pregnant.
