People are entiled to own, purchase, and breed whatever kind of dogs they want. The op wants a maltese/yorkie cross. She came here to ask where she could get one. If I posted a rant about how I felt about every topic brought up on yorkietalk, esp in the off topic area, I would be in trouble! It's always the same few "yorkietalk bullies". When I breed my yorkies, I will not at all be posting here about it for this very reason. I was honestly shocked to see the lady with the 20lb yorkie that just posted her litter didn't get her rights read to her by the breeder police. Its quite humorous the way that breeders will put down peta, but they do the same thing by dictating who can breed dogs and what dogs can be bred. There is really no difference.
