I hated seeing this news story. That is just one more way to keep the puppy mills in business if you ask me. If you can't afford to buy it in the first place, then you can't afford to take care of it either.  |
I can understand your concern. I have mixed feelings about this personally. We placed a puppy last year with a wonderful family who did not have the cash on hand to buy a puppy they fell in love with. We fell in love with the family and offered them the puppy at a very low price with payments. It has worked out beautifully.
I'm anxious to hear the valued opinions of other YT members. Thanks for bringing up this topic.
