I'm really bothered that some vets don't mention this, perhaps he doesn't treat that many Yorkies, and doesn't understand that nearly all have to have some removed. I believe it's the canine teeth that they have the most problem losing on their own. I would talk to the vet about this, he should be aware of this fact.
