I'm glad you are taking him to the vet since he didn't want to eat this morning. You want to make sure he is completely healthy, especially with the holiday coming up. Since you just got him a couple of days ago, I assume he hasn't been to the vet yet.
Just so you know, the Yorkshire Terrier Club requires breeders to keep puppies until they are at least 12 weeks old. The risk of hypoglycemia is much less after three months.
