for those whos yorkies go on pee pads, does it make the house smell??
I live in a condo, so I dont have a back mud room or anything like that to put the piddle pads in, I was just going to put in the kitchen area that has no carpet!
How often do you change them?
Another silly question... what do you do with them once changed... My garbage area is down at the other side of the building so I could take it down there once a day.
Mine are all 4 trained to pee pads. I use the xtra piddle pads from Drsfostersmith, they're a little more expensive, but, absorb so well that I don't have to change them out as much. My son uses them(2 yorkies) and changes them once a day. You can't smell pee when you walk in his house, and here, I use the febreeze plug ins, so, I can't smell them either. I think pee pad training is the way to go if you're gone long periods of time, or if you don't want to have to be on a schedule(like myself).
Can't wait to see your new babby
Thanks for the help!! |
