We bought a cat donut looking thing after our Jaxter was neutered and he was doing all his regular things that same day. We had to hold him down at times because we didn't want him to hurt himself. Just felt like sharing since you said the shaking happens with the cone. The picture was taken as soon as we got home from the vet.
