It sounds to me like she is in pain given the trembling, lethargy and depression. Both of my girls had pain pills prescribed around the clock for several days post op. Those were the symptoms my Gracie had after her LP surgery, when she was due for more pain meds. I don't mean to make you feel bad, but how would you feel if you had a hysterectomy and was not prescribed any pain medication? I would expect her to start acting more like her old self by now. Does the incision look OK? I would call the vet and discuss your concerns and request some pain meds if all else seems okay. Until then, can you try putting an ice pack next to her incision (wrapped in a towel of course)? I hope your baby feels better soon.
