A yeast infection can smell this way, and since she has recently been on antibiotics, they could be the cause. Antibiotics kill good bacteria as well as bad, and good bacteria are responsible for keeping yeast in check. Your vet can give you a cream, and some people recommend yogurt everything you are given antibiotics to keep the good bacteria around.
