I usually go to bed by 3 a.m. and up by 7a.m. with some sleep in there I guess. I do try and go to sleep , but I guess I need to retrain my brain. To much sleep makes me feel bad. I swear to myself every night "This will be the night I go to bed at 11 p.m. " ....then it's 3 a.m. again
