This pup needs to see a vet.
Nutrical should pull them out of an attack within a few minutes and it sounds like it did help but since he is still having what sounds like neurologic issues and isn't being pulled out of it fully, he has to see a vet. If he still won't come out of it with sugar, I wouldn't be surprised if there is a liver issue (liver shunt) here. I hope he is okay.
