Hmm, why did the vet tell you that blood allergy testing for food isn't very accurate and then do it anyway? Most allergy testing for food isn't worth it. You can get false positives and false negatives. The best way to figure out allergies is to do an elimination diet.
Since she does have such severe environmental allergies, that would be my focus. There are drugs like Atopica that might work. Then if she is still having issues I'd play with the food. With all the environmental allergies she does have, it may not do much good to start switching around food because you don't know exactly what is triggering her issues.
