young puppies eating When I got Lexi she was 11 weeks old and seem to have a little bit od trouble eating dry food and the breeder said to wet it. My vet told me instead of wetting it try blending it. I did and it was almost as fine as sugar but not wet and she ate it great. Then a long came Tori at 10weeks and same thing and let me tell you she eats very well now.
Anyway the point of this thread is because I figured that my pups can't be the only ones who had trouble eating dry kibble when really young, and this is a good way to get them to eat the dry kibble and it's better for their teeth than wetting their food.
Hope this helps someone, and if I posted this in the wrong section I'm sorry... |
