OK, I went home and did the following:
Changed Pita's food to Natural Balance
Gave her 1/2 a Brewer's Yeast tablet
Gave her a bath with Aveeno Oatmeal shampoo (i couldn't get to Petsmart)
Gave her 1 cc of Benadry
She scratched allllll night!!GRRRRR
I am thinking partly that she is allergic to the stuff I use to clean my floors with. I have all tile and I used orange pinesol to wash the floors with on Sunday.
Pita comes to my office with me and when we are here she sleeps soundly in her bed and doesn't scratch near as much as at home. Soooo... tonight I will continue with the other stuff I am doing and I will wash the floor with vinegar and water to strip the floor.
I will also get some Dermcaps. I will give it to the end of the week to improve but then we are going to the vet to check for scabies or whatever. When I get to Petsmart I will also get some of the skin conditioner, although I don't see any sign of dry skin...but I will try anything and everything at this point!
