My husband noticed that her blankets were dirty again, and we thought that she had gotten sick again (she threw up alot during delivery). We moved the puppies to a clean towel on the floor, but I couldn't get Lilah to move...she kept sniffing around and I figured she thought the babies were still in the box, so I lifted her gently to the towel. I scooped up the dirty blanket, spread a clean one in the bed, and threw the dirty stuff into the washer (the laundry room is next to her bed/pen. I turned back around and saw blood on the floor, then Lilah moved her leg...and there was number 10!
She seems to be doing really well. I mixed up some of the Whelping Pudding earlier and gave her some of that...which she LOVED! And yeah, she's getting lots of extra pampering and loving! | Gives new meaning to "last but not least", right? Congrats on 10 puppies!!!!
