He's about 10 weeks, and so bladder will definitely need to be relieved about every hour. We are looking at a 4 hour trip. I have fears of opening the door to his carrier and him running away and.... well, I'm worried about that. We have a harness for him, but what if he runs off on us before we are able to leash him? I know I'm probably wrong in thinking he'll take off as soon as we open the kennel door, but I am wondering if anyone knows any "tricks' for pottying in public that are safe. We are bringing a cardboard box that we'll put wee pads in and that's where he'll potty on the train.... but he could get out of the box pretty easily too.
