Hey all, thank you so much for all the great advice and concern regarding this situation. I just wanted to update everyone. Shortly after I called the dog warden the pup dissapeared. Warden informed me that they didn't seize the dog so I'm not really sure what happened to her. No news or sign of her! It's a little dissapointing knowing I could have given her a wonderful home, I can only hope she is in better hands!
