KiKi does this too...my kids (who are grown) make fun of her...and say..."oh da baby has to be on mommy all the time"
KiKi will always try and lay on me..but if I say go lay down...she will go to another spot...
You can try training him to "go lay down"...when you need some space...pick him up and put him somewhere cozy....say lay down & stay...
...don't feel like you are being mean...they do need to learn some independence!
I think by nature they are just little cuddlers...lucky for us!!
