i just took my riley from florida to atlanta to cali and i flew delta.. yes its 150 each way and you have to call and let them know you're bringing your dog because only 2 are allowed in cabin at a time. the airport security will check your dog carrier for a tag thats signed by a delta counter person.. they are SUPER strict about it at LAX!
