You need to let the vet know. My one yorkie has problems with hers, and the other day, I got up to poop all over my leather sectional, my kitchen floor and my carpet, it was not a good morning. I thought maybe they had ruptured, but, they hadn't. I think hers are going to have to be done more often now. I would call the vet first thing Monday morning
