I have found that the breeders listed on the internet charge 2-3 times more than breeders found in local newspapers. I don't know that they are any more reputable online than on the newspaper. My little Cinnamon was $2500 from a breeder in California. I looked at less expensive puppies, but none of them seemed right for me. Definately DO NOT buy the first puppy you see....make sure you check out a few different breeders and make sure to look at the parents and check out their temperament and their friendliness.
